The Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan, conducts the Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers (REET) to recruit candidates for teaching posts across the state. The posts are further divided in two levels, namely, level-I primary teachers (Class 1 to class 5) and level-II primary teachers (Class 6 to class 8). Two separate examinations are held for both levels. The candidates can apply for either or both of the examinations.
The Chief Minister of Rajasthan announced the exam dates to be May 14 and 15, 2022, via Twitter. The board has yet to release the application forms, and the candidates must check the official website regularly. The application process will take place online mode. REET Exam 2022 Notification PDF
The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) had notified 46000 vacancies for government third-grade teachers at the state level. Candidates who wish to apply for these jobs must pass an offline qualifying test scheduled for July 23rd and 24th, 2022. To be eligible for a third-grade teaching test, candidates must pass the level-1 and level-2 exams.

REET Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must fulfil the required eligibility criteria for the exam to qualify for the post. Rajasthan Board has issued the eligibility criteria for both levels on their official website. The minimum age to apply is 18 years, and the maximum age is 32. Age relaxation will be provided for reserved categories in the notification.
Level-I
- The candidate must successfully clear class 12th from a recognized board with at least 50% marks.
- He/She must have a two-year diploma degree in education or graduation or he/she must be appearing in the final year of the graduation or diploma degree.
Level-II
- The candidate must complete his graduation with at least 50% marks.
- The candidate must complete B.Ed (one-year course).

Exam Pattern and Syllabus
The exam pattern for both levels is almost the same. Both exams contain MCQ-type questions with a time duration of 150 minutes. There are 150 questions, and each question carries 1 mark. Since there is no negative marking, your result will be a sum of all the correct answers you’ve entered in the exam.

REET Grade 3 Teacher Syllabus & Exam Pattern 2022 [New]
There are two papers in this test. Paper I and Paper II are the two papers. Paper 1 is for instructors in grades 1 through 5, whereas Paper 2 is for teachers in grades 6 through 8. Both the REET and the REET exams have the same number of questions (300) and the same number of marks (300).
