SSC CHSL Eligibility Criteria 2022
The commission announced the eligibility criteria in the notification for the applicants appearing in the SSC CHSL Exam 2022. The candidate must be a citizen of India, and he should successfully pass class 12th and should be at least 18 years of age and at most 27 years of age.

SSC CHSL Exam Pattern 2022
The Combined Higher Secondary Level Examination (SSC CHSL Exam 2022) consists of three stages: Tier – I, II, and III.
- Tier-I is a Computer Based test. It consists of Multiple Choice Questions.
- Tier-II is conducted in pen and paper mode. It is a descriptive type examination in English or Hindi.
- Tier-III is a Skill test.

Tier-II
The applicants who successfully pass Tier-I become eligible for Tier-II, which is a Descriptive type test. It is done in pen and paper mode. The candidates are required to write essays of approximately 200-250 words and letters/applications of 150-200 words. The time duration is 60 minutes and total marks are 100. The minimum qualifying percentage is 33 percent. The time duration for candidates who are visually handicapped or have cerebral palsy is 80 minutes.
Tier-III
During this skill test, aspirants are required to give a typing test, for which they must have a speed of 30 wpm (Hindi Medium) and 35 wpm (English Medium). The test duration is 15 minutes. The time duration for visually handicapped (40% disabled) will be 30 minutes.
