JEE Advanced 2023: Notification, Syllabus, Admit Card, Exam Date

JEE Advanced 2023 is one of the national entrance examinations for engineering. Under the supervision of the Joint Admission Board, any of the seven IITs, particularly regarding IIT Kharagpur, IIT Kanpur, IIT Madras, IIT Delhi, IIT Bombay, IIT Guwahati, and IIT Roorkee, or the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore, conduct the Joint Entrance Examination – Advanced (JAB).

JEE Advanced 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Before filling out the application form, candidates must review and meet the following Eligibility criteria for the examination:

Academic QualificationCandidates must have completed their 12th grade or similar for the first time in 2023.
Age Limit1) All candidates must have been born after October 1, 1998, in both the General and OBC categories.
2) The age limit is relaxed by five years for candidates who belong to the SC, ST, or PWD groups. It is required that they were born after October 1, 1993.
SubjectCandidates must have Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) as the compulsory subjects in class 12th.
Minimum PercentageThe 75% requirement in class 12th or equivalent qualification has been relaxed to be eligible for the JEE Advanced exam.
Number of AttemptsA candidate can only take the JEE Advanced exam twice in two years.
